What is the difference between a farmall b and bn

The seat frame has the serial number tag. If the seat frame is at the outer drop box it is a BN, a B has about a 6" gap from the seat frame and the outer drop box. All parts on a BN should be the same as a B except the axles and the hitch loop.

We have a B that has been on our place since new. It has cultivated quite a bit of tobacco in it's lifetime. We have the side dresser unit for it, plow, cultivator, and used to have a sickle bar mower, but that got away from here when I was young and didn't care. Cold kick myself now.
